Summer is the perfect time to begin this exercise, when fresh flowers grow in abundance in home gardens and can be found for cutting on flower farms all along the way. This practice not only adds beauty; it actually becomes a looked forward to event by weeks end. Fresh flowers are always beautiful no matter what day of the week, it is important to nurture them everyday with clean water which will prolong the life of the flowers and their therapeutic nature.
